The Therapeutic Session follows a clinical approach to Pilates and focuses on teaching the correct bio mechanics of movement.

A Pilates customised program for each individual client, that focuses on strengthening the core and back, improving posture, optimize joint stability, and correcting muscular imbalances  - can help you alleviate your pain, regain motion, speed up your recovery, and build the strength that helps you prevent re-injury. With a focus on strengthening the body from the inside out, rehabilitative Pilates can help with all types of injuries, including low back, spinal conditions, sports injuries, osteoporosis, and scoliosis.


Working one-on-one with an instructor is the smartest and fastest way to achieve your Pilates and health goals, whether you are looking to rehabilitate an injury or just want to increase your fitness and strength.

In our Private and Semi-Private sessions the attention to detail and the hands-on-approach is unlike any group setting.

Pilates mat work is designed to target the core, increasing your abdominal strength and stability and the larger equipment Reformer, Cadillac and Chair with their pulleys and springs create resistance to sculpt long, lean arms and legs while simultaneously challenging core stability.

Combining Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Chair will leave your entire body feeling stronger and leaner!
