I have always been an avid runner, I love swimming, skiing, horseback riding....you name it....I LOVE MOVEMENT, but it wasn’t until I got introduced to Pilates after having my first child, that I quickly developed a strong passion for this method of mind-body fitness; seeing how much it helped relieve pain, prevent injury in my own training, but most of all made my body feel balanced and stronger than before.

I believe in the immense benefits of Pilates and I am passionate about teaching my clients correct movement patterns and awareness and ensure that all of them are completing the exercises correctly and therefor allowing them to get the most from their class or private session.

There is nothing more rewarding to see a client walk out with a smile on their face, without aches and pain. Movement heals!


As a fully STOTT PILATES ® certified instructor, I rehabilitate clients with hip and knee replacements, shoulder injuries, numerous musculo-skeletal injuries, including herniated/bulged discs. I train clients with MS, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis and Scoliosis.


Whether you are new to Pilates, are Pre-or postpartum, seek a challenge or are just bored of your usual workout routine; I promise you will find a workout that leaves you invigorated, refreshed and likely will let you feel those muscles that you didn’t even know you had!

Kasey Maguire


Kasey began her mindful movement practice in 2010 and started instructing after her first Pilates teacher training in 2012. Initially, she was drawn to the role of mindful movement in maintaining physical health and creating body awareness but is increasingly interested in the role movement plays in healing bodies not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. She firmly believes that to move is to heal. In her time outside of the studio, Kasey can be found running trails, sweating through WODs at Alchemy CrossFit, walking her Bernese mountain dog or hanging upside down with her daughter.


Blending yoga and Pilates, her goal with every class is to have students move with integrity so they can experience balance and strength in the body they bring to class. She is currently completing Ritual Movement Method’s inaugural 200-hr. teacher training.


Sinead Gaffney

Sinead began her relationship with movement at a young age having been a dancer since the age of 6. As she moved into her teen years she traded her ballet slippers in for running shoes and was a part of the local track and field team. 

This eventually led to horrible chin splints and injuries in her joints so she was looking for another form of fitness. 

She was introduced to pilates by her older sister at 15 and found the combination of mind, body, and breath eased anxiety that she sometimes experienced as a adolescent.

Being a pilates advocate for years she eventually started attending barre classes and decided to go through with barre training in 2016 shortly after her second child.

After the training she realized she had a passion and love for teaching and movement and that it was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life.

She was feeling a bit of a disconnect from herself, having a small baby at home and a 4 year old and felt the call to take her yoga teacher training a De La Sol in 2017. 

She completed her 200 YTT June 2017 and has been teaching ever since.

Most recently, Sinead completed her Pilates mat training which finally brought her back to her movement roots.



Chris Nguyen


Meet Chris Nguyen. Chris is a movement educator. Curiosity is what brought Chris into his first yoga class. That curiosity marked the beginning of an ongoing journey and passion for the practice of yoga and a profound desire to deepen that relationship. 

Chris is currently studying the Ashtanga Yoga method. With persistence, mindfulness and dedication, one's yoga practice can only strengthen and grow deeper. In 2015, Chris embarked on two separate trip to Mysore, India to study with R.Sharath Jois and Saraswathi Rangaswamy at KPJAYI (Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute), the source of Ashtanga yoga. In 2018, Chris completed his fourth trip studying at the Shala with Paramaguru Sharath Jois. Chris is a certified Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist (FRCms) under Dr. Andreo Spina and continues to work with Head FRC & Kinstretch Master Instructor, Dana John Heimbecker. In 2018, Chris completed the Kinstretch Instructor training in the Functional Range Systems under Dewey Neilson and is currently completing the certification. He is also studying the art of hand balancing under renown circus performer and coach, Nicolas Montes de Oca and handbalance legend, Yury Bozyan. Chris is also a second degree Reiki practitioner.

In 2017, Chris began his studies in contemporary Pilates (mat & reformer) with Pilates educator; Leslie Parker of Mindful Movement Centre. He also completed the Yoga Tune Up Level 1 Teacher Training created by Jill Miller.

To Chris, mindful movement is not something to "excel" at but rather about cultivating contentment, compassion, mindfulness, self acceptance and bringing awareness into the body. Yoga has transformed his life on and off the mat. As a teacher, he aspires to help others find a santosha (contentment) and a deeper connection to themselves.
